Previously, he served as CTO at Salesloft, where he helped grow the company from the startup stage to a multi-billion-dollar exit, leading major technical initiatives. Scott also held the position of Senior Technical Staff Member for IBM Marketing Cloud, providing leadership across multiple products during the integration of Silverpop, where he had been Head of Product Architecture.

VP of Back Office and Enterprise Systems
Neal Starkey began his career as a software developer at a restaurant software startup in 1983, eventually becoming President/COO and equity partner. He led the company through organic growth and acquisitions, developing multiple products and services for the restaurant industry. Currently, Neal serves as Vice President of Back Office and Enterprise Systems at Xenial, Inc., a Global Payments company, after positioning his previous company for successful sale to private equity firms.
