Scott Mitchell is a seasoned technology leader currently working as a fractional CTO and coach for startups and tech companies. Previously, he served as CTO at Salesloft, where he helped grow the company from the startup stage to a multi-billion-dollar exit, leading major technical initiatives. Scott also held the position of Senior Technical Staff Member for IBM Marketing Cloud, providing leadership across multiple products during the integration of Silverpop, where he had been Head of Product Architecture.

Neal Starkey
VP, Restaurant POS, Growth, and Transformation at Global Payments
Neal Starkey began his career as a software developer at a restaurant software startup in 1983, eventually becoming President/COO and equity partner. He led the company through organic growth and acquisitions, developing multiple products and services for the restaurant industry. Currently, Neal serves as Vice President, Restaurant POS, Growth and Transformation at Global Payments, after positioning his previous company for successful sale to private equity firms.

Flavio Diomede
Dir. Customer & Retail Technology at Starbucks
Flavio Diomede is an accomplished technology executive with over 20 years of experience driving innovation and growth in global IT and product organizations. He has led major digital initiatives for top retail brands, focusing on e-commerce expansion, tech optimization, and organizational transformation. Flavio spearheaded McDonald’s first global digital store system, launched the first cloud-based POS and digital ordering solutions at Xenial for Taco Bell and Jack In The Box, and most recently, built Starbucks’ Digital Order & Fulfillment team, fueling a 3x increase in digital sales.
