Scott also held the position of Senior Technical Staff Member for IBM Marketing Cloud, providing leadership across multiple products during the integration of Silverpop, where he had been Head of Product Architecture.

Rick Bunker

CTO & CPO

Rick Bunker is the Chief Technology and Product Officer at Inveniam Capital Partners, leading the development of cutting-edge financial technology solutions. With over two decades of experience, Rick has a track record of success in various executive roles, including co-founding Prescription Advisory Systems and Technology and serving as CTO/CIO at Procurian. He is known for his comprehensive approach to technology leadership, focusing on people management, system architecture, financial stewardship, and development methodology.

Neal Starkey

VP of Back Office and Enterprise Systems

Neal Starkey began his career as a software developer at a restaurant software startup in 1983, eventually becoming President/COO and equity partner. He led the company through organic growth and acquisitions, developing multiple products and services for the restaurant industry. Currently, Neal serves as Vice President of Back Office and Enterprise Systems at Xenial, Inc., a Global Payments company, after positioning his previous company for successful sale to private equity firms.
