Andrey Shchetina can rise to any challenge — and he does so consistently at DevPro. 

After six years with the company, Andrey became a Delivery Manager. He was well prepared for the job, having received a Master's degree in Project Management from the Kharkiv Aviation Institute 'KhAI'. 

He has PM-ed two major projects and turned both into successful teams that deliver value for the client despite time zones differences and multiple challenges of distributed team management.

Andrey shares his own empirical best practices of the craft of software development delivery, digital commerce, UI/UX at conferences like PMCon, PMDay and facilitates discussion panels with speakers at local PM clubs.

His hobbies include pro bono and volunteering projects, where he extends his expertise to projects and NGOs with noble causes.
