We had an urgent business need to transfer our entire POS system and a related application to a new infrastructure on AWS.

The migration from Rackspace to AWS is completed. This added stability to the system and opened an opportunity to extend client business by acquiring an online ordering system that was also migrated to AWS.
Dev.Pro removed legacy code from infrastructure, improved CI/CD process and added configuration management into the project process.
DevOps team deploys all product versions and updates infrastructure software with the latest fixes.
24/7 infrastructure support to response quickly if any infrastructure issues are noticed.
Since Lavu works with secure transactions, Dev.Pro added Web Application Firewall (WAF). Now WAF mitigates external DDOS attacks and provides system stability.
To avoid downtime in future releases, a Blue-Green deployment approach was implemented.
Deployment time to DEV environments decreased from 8 minutes to 2.5 minutes.
