Raydiant faced resource capacity challenges in expanding its platform for their clients. With growing customer demand, they needed to quickly add to the number of POS systems that they support, develop new solutions specific to quick-service restaurants, and implement custom on-brand digital signage solutions. DEV.PRO CONTRIBUTION
Dev.Pro’s agile team developed a new integration between Raydiant’s Kiosk and multiple new POS systems. This solution expands Raydiant’s supported POS systems, enabling them to engage a broader customer base and enhance their in-store experience offerings.
To solve the challenge of displaying order status in quick-service restaurants, Dev.Pro’s engineering team developed a customizable order ready board. This solution allows each restaurant to tailor the interface to match its unique branding and provide a flexible, branded display for order updates.
Dev.Pro’s engineering team collaborated closely with Raydiant to implement several digital signage projects. Dev.Pro contributed both development and design expertise, ensuring seamless functionality and a polished, user-friendly experience.
The Dev.Pro team developed custom analytics to track user interactions with the digital signage, providing valuable insights into engagement and usage patterns.
